Right of withdrawal and warranty
You have full right to switch, and right of return (right of withdrawal) for 60 days after receiving the goods if you are not satisfied with them. The withdrawal period starts from the day you received the goods.
If you regret your purchase and return the product to us, we will refund your purchase within 5 working days (depending on bank and country). Please note that our shipping costs for sending the product to you is nonrefundable. As a customer you pay for any return costs and a return product must always be returned in an essentially unchanged condition as well as in the original packaging with associated wrapping. The consumer is responsible for the risk of return shipping, such as product becoming damaged or lost during shipping. Companies do not have the right to return a product if the product packaging has been opened.
The warranty for all Travel Björn products is valid for 1 years from the date of delivery, as long as you can present a receipt from us. Should the product break during the warranty period due to manufacturing or material defects, we will replace it.

Unclaimed packages
Packages that have not been collected within 14 days are returned to travelbjorn.com.
If this happens, the customer will be charged a fee of 30 Euro for costs related to shipping, return shipping and handling. If the customer would like to have their order shipped back to them, there will be an additional cost of 4,9 Euro.
